Balanced Residential & Commercial
DHA Phase 2 Sector D Islamabad
Sector D offers a balanced mix of residential streets and a sector commercial market, wrapped in green belts. It is usually priced a little below the busiest sectors, which makes it a strong value choice for buyers who still want a settled, fully developed neighbourhood.
Overview
About Sector D
Sector D is often described as the sensible middle ground of Phase 2. It is not as busy as the commercial sectors and not as exclusive as the park-facing streets of Sector B or the JFC side of Sector E, but it has everything a family needs for daily life.
Its sector commercial market covers groceries, pharmacies, tailors, bakeries and small restaurants, while green belts and pocket parks run between the residential blocks. Every plot size from 5 Marla to 1 Kanal is available, giving buyers more choice than in most other sectors.
Because prices are slightly lower than in Sectors A, F and G, Sector D attracts first-time DHA buyers and families upgrading from outside DHA.
